Meditation is perhaps one of the most misunderstood practices in the western world. In its most basic form, meditation can be described as the art of abandonment of control and judgement of oneself and ones surroundings.
There are many different forms of meditation, some encouraging silent stillness of the mind and body, and others introducing slow and mindful movement.
There really is no right or wrong way to meditate, as long as it brings you some benefit. My goal is to provide you with some background to meditation and to help you develop a simple practice that suits you and your circumstances.

One-to-One Meditation is created for you and your specific goals and needs. It is designed to shift you into a state of deep relaxation and conscious awareness, where you will begin to reprogram any unhelpful subconscious thought patterns and habits.
